Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria of triceps crus spasm after stroke; (3) aged 18-80 years old; (4) no use of drugs to reduce muscle tension (baclofen, tizanidine, ethylperidone, benzodiazepines, etc.) in the past 2 weeks; No botulinum toxin injection in other parts of the body in the past three months; In recent half a year, anhydrous alcohol neurolytic injection of the tibial nerve motor branch was not performed. (5) The condition was basically stable, conscious and vital signs were stable; (6) Voluntarily participate in the trial, cooperate with the protocol of this study, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) triceps crus dystonia without stroke (such as Parkinson's disease, Parkinson's syndrome, brain tumor); (2) complicated with organ dysfunction or unstable vital signs or coma (including acute heart failure, myocardial infarction, pulmonary embolism, respiratory failure, severe infection, etc.); (3) taking drugs to reduce muscle tension (baclofen, tizanidine, eperisone, benzodiazepines, etc.) within the past 2 weeks; Botulinum toxin injection in other parts of the body in the past three months; In recent half a year, anhydrous alcohol injection was performed on the motor branch of the tibial nerve. (4) There were contraindications to botulinum toxin injection; (5) patients with fear of acupuncture or metal allergy; (6) those with severe visual, hearing and cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with rehabilitation and assessment; (7) with a history of mental illness, intellectual disability, or dementia, unable to cooperate; (8) Cerebral embolism caused by brain tumors, related heart diseases and other causes.
