Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed as GDM ? 20-45 years old ? Pregnancy period is 24-28 weeks ? Single pregnancy ? Chinese nationality, possessing communication and cognitive abilities, and able to undergo regular prenatal examinations ? Willing to participate in this survey and research, subject and family members have signed informed consent forms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Persons with diabetes before the study; The diagnostic criteria for diabetes were fasting plasma glucose = 126 mg/dl [7.0 mmol/L] or 75 g glucose OGTT determination of plasma glucose = 200 mg/dl [11.1 mmol/L] for 2 hours. 2. Twins or multiple pregnancies; 3. Those who suffer from one of the following diseases before or during pregnancy: hypertension, coronary heart disease, or mental illness. 4. Those who have bad habits such as excessive drinking and smoking; 5. Patients with severe malnutrition, severe anemia, or malignant tumors; 6. Persons with acute and chronic infectious diseases, such as hepatitis, HIV, tuberculosis, etc; 7. Gastrointestinal diseases: Self reported chronic hepatitis or cirrhosis, or elevated serum AST or ALT to the following standards: serum AST = 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value, serum ALT = 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value; Previous history of alcoholic hepatitis or alcoholic pancreatitis; Recently, there have been major abdominal surgeries (such as gastrectomy) that are not suitable for inclusion in the study, such as gastroduodenal ulcers, ulcerative colitis, and colon polyps. 8. Renal calculi and renal insufficiency: when serum creatinine is greater than or equal to 1.3mg/dl (115mmol/L), or there is no urinary system infection or vaginal secretion pollution, the quantitative determination of urinary protein is positive. 9. Pulmonary disease: Chronic obstructive airway disease or asthma that requires daily treatment or oxygen therapy at home. 10. Other certain diseases: hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, etc; 11. Current or previous participation in other intervention research projects may affect the research effectiveness.
