Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Central obesity (defined as waist circumference =90 cm for men and =85 cm for women) 2.Plus any two of the following four factors: ? Raised fasting plasma glucose =6.1 mmol/L, or 2-hour postprandial blood glucose=7.8 mmol/L, or previously diagnosed type 2 diabetes. ? Raised blood pressure: BP=130/85 mmHg, or treatment of previously diagnosed hypertension. ? Raised TG level: =1.70 mmol/L, or specific treatment for this lipid abnormality. ? Reduced HDL cholesterol: <1.04 mmol/L, or specific treatment for this lipid abnormality.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients can not adhere to treatment due to personal situation (2)Severe high blood pressure, high blood sugar, hyperlipidemia: systolic blood pressure is still =180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure is still =110mHg after treatment; after drug treatment FBG is still =11.1mmol/L; after drug treatment TC is still =6.22mmol/L(240 mg/dL), or LDL-C is stil l=4.92 mmol/L(190mg/dL), or TG is still =3.39 mmol/L; (3)Combined with severe complications such as heart, liver, kidney, brain, or with other serious primary diseases such as: ALT or AST more than 2 times the upper limit of normal value, creatinine more than 3 times tthe upper limit of normal value, congestive heart failure (New York heart association class III or IV grade); (4)Pregnancy, preparing for pregnancy, or breastfeeding women or women with fertility who are not willing to take appropriate contraception during test, as well as men having a partner with fertility who are not willing to take appropriate contraception during test; (5)Psychiatric patients; (6)Those who are participating or have participated in other clinical trials or other weight loss therapy within one month after the end; (7)The researcher judges that it is not suitable to enter the research due to other reasons.
