Interventions
Group L:The patient was given intravenous injection of lidocaine 1.5 mg/kg for more than 5 minutes and continued pumping of lidocaine 2 mg/(kg·h) until the end of the operation.
Group S:Patients are given intravenous saline of the same volume as lidocaine 1.5 mg/kg for more than 5 minutes and continue to pump the same volume of saline until the end of the operation.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients between the ages of 3 and 15, with ASA grades I-II, who plan to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia, with an estimated operation time under anesthesia of =120 minutes, and a VPOP score of 4 or more. The patient himself or the legally authorized person signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 24-hour preoperative antiemetic therapy, allergy to study medications, postoperative sedation and ventilation, preoperative corticosteroid administration, long QT interval (QT interval: time interval from the beginning of QRS syndrome to the end of T wave) syndrome, and parental rejection.
