Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?elderly patient =65 years old; ?postoperative patients who underwent abdominal surgery for malignancy above grade 3; ? nutritional risk (NRS2002=3 points) ; ?postoperative oral feeding; ? liver and kidney function was basically normal (Alt, TBIL, CR were not more than 2 times the normal value); ? activity ability was basically normal; ?consciousness was clear; ?informed consent was signe;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?65-year-old patients; ?patients without operation; ?patients with long-term lying in bed; ?cognitive dysfunction; ?patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; ?severe anemia(Hb<80g/L); ?patients with poor compliance; ?lactose or galactose allergy; ?diabetes patients with poor control of blood glucose.
