Interventions

test group:Sodium bicarbonate Ringer injection will be used in intraoperative fluid rehydration therapy.
control group:Compound sodium chloride injection will be used in intraoperative fluid rehydration therapy.

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? All the included cases met the definition and diagnostic criteria of sepsis in the 2016 International Guidelines for Sepsis and Septic Shock; ? Surgery is required; ? =18 years of age; ? ASA?~ ? grade; ? Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Hypermagnesia; ? Patients with chronic pulmonary disease ; ? A history of myocardial infarction within 3 months prior to surgery a history of severe circulatory disease an autoimmune disease a history of psychiatric or neurological disorders that are not properly expressed patients a history of epilepsy a history of hypothyroidism; ? Other conditions deemed inappropriate by the investigator.
