Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 1, 2012 to May 31, 2025, patients admitted to West China Hospital on VA-ECMO support with indications of left ventricular decompression.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? The cause of initiation of VA-ECMO is not cardiogenic shock; ? The patient's family members refused to participate in the trial program.
