Interventions

experimental group 1:According to the preoperative urine culture results for the treatment of urinary tract stones, sensitive antibiotics were orally administered for three days upon discharge. A prop
experimental group 2:Prophylactic oral administration of a single dose of fluoroquinolone was given before the removal of the stent.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ureteral stent placement with residual kidney stones after upper urinary tract stone surgery; 2. One of the high-risk factors (advanced age, diabetes, chronic renal insufficiency, immunodeficiency diseases, multi-drug resistant urine culture before stone surgery, residual infectious stones); 3. Age =18 years; 4. First time placement of ureteral stent; 5. No oral antibiotics required for reasons other than this study within 3 days from stent placement to removal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1Lost to follow-up in the study population; 2SIRS caused by non-urinary tract infections; 3Oral anticoagulants or severe lower urinary tract symptoms; 4Abnormal position of the ureteral stent; 5Abnormal anatomy of the urinary system; 6Ureteral stent retention > 4 weeks; 7Indwelling urethral catheter or nephrostomy tube.
