Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients with cancer of colon diagnosed pathologically without other concomitant tumors (2) The patient's case history and anaesthesia are documented and reliable (3) No treatment other than the study has been performed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients who refuse to participate (2) patients with severe preoperative consciousness or mental disorders who are unable to cooperate (3) patients participating in other studies (4) patients having hematological disorders that interfere with study factors(5) Emergency surgery (6) Patients with preoperative chemoradiation
