Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? The patient is stable; ? Patients can eat normally and take care of themselves; ? No antibiotics, hormones and immunosuppressant drugs were used within 1 month before enrollment; ? no food and drugs containing prebiotics and probiotics have been used in the past half a year; (5) Patients knew the content of this study, voluntarily participated in it and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? with acute and chronic infection; ? Unable to eat normally, need enteral and parenteral nutrition intervention; ? patients with diabetes mellitus; ? Complicated with immune system diseases, tumors, chronic diseases of digestive tract; ? Patients with previous history of cholecystectomy or colectomy.
