Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with Parkinson 's disease meet 2015-MDS Parkinson 's diagnostic criteria. 2.H / Y rating of 2-4. 3.Less than 10 years of onset and stable drug use. 4.MMSE score greater than or equal to 24 points, visual and auditory normal, can cooperate to complete the test. 5.Patients with postural disorders require trunk anteversion angle = 30 ° or 45 °, trunk roll = 10 °, and postural disorders observed by neurologists.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, poisoning, trauma can lead to clear cause of Parkinson ' s disease. 2.Patients with lumbar spine, legs, knee surgery and previous trauma or skin defects. 3.Individuals with intracranial hypertension, epilepsy, pregnant women, the elderly and the infirm cannot cooperate to complete the experiment.
