Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age > 18 years old; (2) There is no limitation on gender; (3) Convalescent patients transferred to our hospital within 14 days after surgery; (4) It has the capacity of independent behavior; (5) Informed consent; (6) Can receive rehabilitation guidance, rehabilitation treatment and visitors regularly; (7) The patient's internal fixation was stable.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Multiple fractures; (2) Co-infected persons; (3) Combined with osteoporosis; (4) Refuse to join the study; (5) Severe thrombosis; (6) Complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications.
