Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients should be older than 40 years and younger than 75 years. 2. if there is cardiac insufficiency, the New York Heart Association (NYHA) classifies it as Class II-III. 3. there are no complications after operation. 4. each of the following items was considered as low risk in the risk stratification of cardiac rehabilitation of coronary heart disease: ST segment depression in ECG and no clinical manifestation of myocardial ischemia after exercise, no complicated arrhythmia; There were no complications after percutaneous Coronary stent, no abnormal Hemodynamics, no clinical anxiety and depression, and no abnormal myocardial markers such as myocardial enzymes. 5. patients agreed to be enrolled, signed the informed consent form and could persist for at least 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney diseases, Secondary hypertension or history of mental illness, with disturbance of consciousness or cognitive function, or unable to cooperate in completing the research were excluded.
