Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Children diagnosed with congenital adrenal hyperplasia according to the diagnostic criteria of congenital adrenal hyperplasia , and the diagnosis time; 3 months; (2) Age =14 years old; Parents: (1) Biological father or mother of a child diagnosed with congenital adrenocortical hyperplasia; (2) live with the child and be the primary carer for the child; (3) Primary school education or above, able to read and complete the questionnaire; (4) Age =18y; (5) live with the child and be the primary carer for the child; (6) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Children with severe chronic diseases (congenital heart disease, bronchial asthma, nephrotic syndrome, type 1 diabetes, etc.); (2) Severe systemic infection, severe anemia, cachexia and other serious complications. Parents: 1) have a history of mental illness or are taking antipsychotic drugs; (2) Patients with heart, lung, liver, kidney insufficiency and other serious chronic diseases; (3) Those who have experienced other major traumatic events within the last six months, including bereavement, serious car accident, cancer diagnosis, etc.
