Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children: (1) Children diagnosed with type 1 diabetes according to the diagnostic criteria for type 1 diabetes (2) Age =16 years old; Parents: (1) Biological father or mother of a child diagnosed with type 1 diabetes according to the diagnostic criteria for type 1 diabetes; (2) live with the child and be the primary carer for the child; (3) primary school and above culture; (4) Age >18y; (5) Clear consciousness, able to read and complete the questionnaire; (6) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children: (1) children with severe chronic diseases (congenital heart disease, bronchial asthma, nephrotic syndrome, etc.); (2) Severe systemic infection, severe anemia, cachexia and other serious complications. Parents: (1) Those who have a history of mental illness or are taking antipsychotic drugs; (2) Patients with heart, lung, liver, kidney insufficiency and other serious chronic diseases; (3) Those who have experienced other major traumatic events within the last six months, including bereavement, serious car accident, cancer diagnosis, etc
