10mg dexamethasone group:10mg of dexamethasone was injected intravenously before induction of anesthesia
5mg dexamethasone group:5mg of dexamethasone was injected intravenously before induction of anesthesia
Normal saline group:Equal-volume saline was injected intravenously before anesthesia induction

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?Noncardiac surgery under general anesthesia ?Elective surgery ?ASA?~?
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Long-term use of glucocorticoids or allergic to them ?Pregnant women and pediatric patients ?Patients with severe trauma and coagulopathy ?Patients with mental abnormalities or impaired consciousness ?Unable to cooperate with or refuse to participate in the experimenter ?emergency operation ?cardiac surgery ?surgical contraindication ?Patients with hypothyroidism ?MMSE score lower than the minimum (<18 for illiterate, <21 for primary school, <23 for middle school, <24 for university)
