Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Experimental group (lung cancer group, 1623 cases) (1) At least 18 years old; (2) Gender is not limited; (3) Smoking history is not limited; (4) It was confirmed by histopathology as lung cancer; 2. Control group (384 cases) (1) Healthy people, age, sex, smoking history matched with the experimental group, no lung disease; (2) Patients with benign pulmonary nodules; (3) Patients with other lung diseases, including but not limited to emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, tuberculosis, bronchiectasis, pulmonary infection, interstitial lung disease, pneumothorax, pleural effusion, pulmonary embolism, asthma, allergic alveolitis, Wegener granuloma, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Experimental group (lung cancer group) (1) No histopathologic diagnosis (including pleural effusion only pleural hydrocytological diagnosis) (2) Patients who cannot obtain the necessary laboratory examination and imaging examination results; (3) Patients who could not provide complete information on lung cancer risk factors and related medical history; (4) There is a history of any malignancies other than basal cell carcinoma. 2. Control group (1) No diagnostic information related to benign lung diseases can be provided (only applicable to patients with nodules and benign lung diseases); (2) There is a history of any cancer other than basal cell carcinoma.
