18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA grade ? or ?; (2) Age 18-65 years old; (3) Informed consent signed by the patient and his family; (4) Patients undergoing elective tracheal intubation with anterior cervical decompression under general anesthesia; (5) Body Mass Index (BMI) was 18-30kg /m2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of allergy to the anesthetic drugs in the study; (2) Patients who refuse to cooperate or have related mental illness; (3) patients with severe obstructive ventilation dysfunction, bronchial asthma, upper respiratory infection; (4) Patients with severe cardiovascular disease and obvious abnormal liver and kidney function; (5) Patients at risk of significantly increased intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure; (6) Patients with a history of sedative and analgesic drug abuse.
