18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age > 18 years old; Diagnosed as head and neck cancer malignant tumor; Know the condition; Receiving radiation therapy; No contraindications to exercise; Can use wechat mini program; The expected survival time is > 1 year, and the physical strength can be competent for 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The lesion has distant metastasis or other malignant tumors; Have severe osteoporosis, severe paralysis and other symptoms; Previous history of cognitive impairment, mental illness.
