18 Years to 67 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who intend to undergo gastrointestinal endoscopy requiring general anesthesia; 2. Age: 18-67 years; 3. ASA classification II; 4. Sign the informed consent of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to propofol or remifentanil; 2. Recent upper respiratory infection; 3. Asthma; 4. Chronic respiratory disease; 5. Gastro-esophageal reflux disease; 6. Cardiovascular accidents; 7. Uremia; 8. Liver function impairment; 9. ASA classification >= III; 10. Potentially full stomach.
