Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age =60 years; (2) successful TAVR procedure; (3) ability to understand the requirements of the study and willingness to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) unstable vital signs and inability to take necessary examinations; (2) tachyarrhythmia with unstable ventricular rate; (3) history of malignant tumor and life expectancy <1 year; (4) according to the investigator's judgment, the patients were unable to complete the study or comply with the requirements of the study (such as memory or behavior abnormalities, mental abnormalities, alcohol dependence, and previous default behaviors) or refused to join the study after knowing the experimental procedures and examination risks
