Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18 to 65 years; (2) Expected duration of infusion therapy is 1-4 weeks; (3) Infusion of drugs that meet the indications of Mini-midline and Midline catheter; (4) Difficult intravenous access due to obesity; (5) Clear consciousness and ability to communicate normally.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of radiation therapy, thrombosis, or trauma at the catheterization site; (2) A planned discharge with the catheter; (3) Indications for central vascular access devices insertion.
