Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Intended thyroidectomy under general anesthesia patient, communication normal, signed informed consent, age 18-65 years, female.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?A history of ketamine or esketamine allergy;?severe heart disease, liver and kidney dysfunction;?Airway difficulty or history of maxillofacial and neck surgery;?Chronic respiratory diseases (such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or asthma), recent respiratory infections, chronic cough, and current smoking;?A history of sore throat within two weeks;?Preoperative use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or opioid analgesics; Patients who are receiving calcium channel blockers or magnesium therapy;?Reoperation due to serious adverse events such as bleeding;?Anesthesia lasted more than 4 hours;?Patients with delayed extubation (no extubation for more than 1 hour) or transfer to intensive care unit (ICU) due to adverse effects of experimental drugs. All subjects signed written informed consent.
