Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with moderate to severe acute cholecystitis according to the Tokyo Guidelines for Acute Cholecystitis 2018 (TG18) undergo post-cholecentesis and laparoscopic cholecystectomy after cholecentesis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with common bile duct stones and cholangitis; 2. Patients with a history of epigastric surgery and trauma; 3. Patients with oral antiplatelet drugs and anticoagulants.
