Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Primary and secondary school students aged 6 to 12 years. (2) Equivalent spherical lens degree of -0.50D to +0.50D in both eyes. (3) Naked eye visual acuity = 0.8 in both eyes (visual acuity 4.9). (4) informed consent signed by the guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Astigmatism = 1.00D. (2) Binocular refractive aberration (=1.50D difference in binocular spherical lens, or =1.00D difference in binocular column lens). (3) strabismus and other binocular visual function abnormalities. (4) Both parents are highly myopic. (5) organic eye pathology (such as keratitis, glaucoma, cataract, uveitis, retinal detachment, etc.) (6) Serious heart, brain and kidney diseases, malignant tumors, and mental and psychological diseases. (7) Allergic; allergic to a variety of drugs.
