Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Obtained the professional qualification certificate of nurse and engaged in clinical nursing for a long time; (2) Working experience of more than 5 years, age = 50 years; (3) There is no contraindication of VR training such as vertigo.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Nurses with poor vision and binocular corrected vision less than 1.0 (E vision chart); (2) Chronic diseases such as heart disease, hypertension, etc.
