Optical Impressions :Optical impression is a 3-shape intraoral scanner combined with a 3D printing model, and CAD/CAM is used to design and manufacture the restoration.
Traditional Impressions :The traditional impression is to use silicone rubber to take the impression, pour the plaster model, and scan the CAD/CAM to design and manufacture the restoration.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (i) Voluntarily sign the informed consent (ii) Patients diagnosed with chronic periodontitis according to periodontology (5th edition of Human Health) (iii) Patients who need to receive implant transfer modeling treatment according to the judgment of the treating doctor (iv)Extensive chronic periodontitis (maintenance period), no serious systemic diseases. No contraindications for tooth extraction or implant surgery, no severe occlusal dysfunction or bruxism, no acute local infection, no progressive periodontitis, no full-dose radiotherapy and intravenous infusion of bisphosphonates, and no acute maxillary sinus inflammation. The degree of looseness of adjacent teeth in the implant area is 0-1 degree. The occlusal relationship is stable, the overlay is basically normal, and there are complete adjacent teeth and opposing teeth. Be able to cooperate with the doctor to complete the implant restoration process and fill out the satisfaction survey form. (v) There is single posterior tooth loss of molars or premolars on both sides of the mandible, and bilateral mandibular first molar loss is preferred, that is, 36 out of 46 patients with missing teeth. (vi)Successfully completed one-stage implant surgery for bilateral missing teeth.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All enrolled subjects have the right to withdraw from this study at any time. Reason for case withdrawal: (i) Subjects request to withdraw and do not want to continue participating in this research (ii) Subjects lost to follow-up (iii) The subject refused to continue the follow-up interview (iv)The researcher believes that the subject is not suitable for continuing to participate in this study for other reasons Subjects who dropped out of the study were considered dropout cases. When the subject falls off, the follow-up implant restoration treatment will be carried out according to the normal procedure, which will not be included in the study.
