Cancer Related Fatigue in Breast Cancer Survivors

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) meet the diagnostic criteria for carcinogenic fatigue in the International Classification of Diseases, version 10 (ICD-10); 2) moderate to severe fatigue, defined as a score of = 4 on the PiPer Fatigue Scale; 3) Women diagnosed with stage I-III breast cancer; 4) Be between 18 and 80 years old; 5) Karnofsky Functional Status (KPS) score= 70; 6) Have completed breast cancer treatment (surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy) for at least 12 weeks, but endocrine therapy is allowed to be ongoing and more than 4 weeks.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant and lactating women; 2) Patients with mental or cognitive disorders; 3) Anemia (hemoglobin 22pmol/L, thyroid-stimulating hormone >5.0uIU/ml); 5) Abnormal liver and kidney function test results (aspartate aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase exceeds the upper limit of the normal range by 2 times, creatinine exceeds the upper limit of the normal range by 1.5 times).
