Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. patients scheduled for knee or hip arthroplasty at Jiaxing First Hospital; 2. ASA classification = grade III; 3. those who could cooperate with the neuropsychological assessment; 4. those who had signed the informed consent; 5. age = 45 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. coagulation dysfunction or routine use of anticoagulant drugs; 2. previous cognitive dysfunction, aphasia, psychiatric disorders or diseases that affect patient cooperation; 3. severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease that endangers life; 4. electroacupuncture site infection.
