Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laparoscopic upper abdominal surgery under general anesthesia;expected to last at least 2 hours;No gender limitation, age ?75;ASA ? or ?;NYHAI ~?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe neurological diseases Acute myocardial infarction or stroke Contraindications to epidural anesthesia Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction A neuromuscular history of myasthenia gravis, myasthenia syndrome, periodic paralysis, polymyositis Patients with impaired diaphragm function
