Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 to 75 years of age 2. After listening to the explanation of the study and having the opportunity to ask questions, the subjects voluntarily signed an informed consent form approved by the ethics committee. 3. Renal biopsy-proven primary membranous nephropathy 4. Hypercholesterolemia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. positive for either HIV, HBs Ag, or anti-HCV Ab 2. chronic liver disease 3. malignant tumor history 4. complicated with autoimmune diseases, such as SLE, Sjogren's syndrome, antiphospholipid syndrome. 5. history of diabetes 6. history of coronary heart disease 7. history of venous system diseases such as varicose veins of lower extremity varicose veins or phlebitis 8. history of coagulation related diseases 9. acute or chronic infection, trauma, or operation. 10. Pregnant and lactant women 11. Application of estrogen and progesterone within 12 weeks before screening 12. Application of corticosteroids and immunosuppressive therapy within 12 weeks before screening 13. Application of statins within 12 weeks before screening 14. Application of PCSK9 inhibitors within 12 weeks before screening
