Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinical diagnosis of breast cancer in women after unilateral upper limb lymphedema international society classification for patients with stage I-II lymphedema: Mild (I level): edema, body pressure can appear sag, raise the body of most edema disappeared, no fibrosis sample skin damage; Moderate (II level) : when the pressure, edema, body is not a depressed, limb edema disappears when raised, with moderate fibrosis; 2. Aged 30-70 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with metformin contraindicated; 2. Patients with a history of metformin to take 3 months; 3.Patients with clinically diagnosed diabetes 4. Lactation, for patients with pregnancy; 5. Serious heart, lung, liver, kidney disease, as well as the history of tumor patients; 6. She history is less than 3 months; 7. In patients with mental illness; 8. Immunodeficiency patients.
