Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. We recruited patients diagnosed with ACS between January 2018 to August 2020 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology; 2. All patients underwent PCI and successfully implanted DES; 3. All participants were followed-up for 6–24 months after PCI; 4. All patients included in the study were fully informed and gave written consent to the participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The main exclusion criteria were: (1) Patient age 80 years; (2) a history of coronary artery bypass grafting; (3) culprit lesions were not implanted with DES, treated with balloon angioplasty only; (4) suspected familial hypertriglyceridemia; (5) severe renal failure, receiving hemodialysis treatment, or severe liver disease before operation, or other systemic disease that significantly affects life expectancy.
