28 Weeks to 37 Weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Preterm infants with open collar less than 37 weeks. 2.RDS were diagnosed according to the relevant criteria for formulated by the fifth Edition of Practical Neonatology:the patient develops respiratory distress shortly after birth with progressive exacerbation and may develop respiratory failure,as well as the typical lung X-ray findings,excluding respiratory distress from other causes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.No effective spontaneous breathing. 2.Cases meeting the indication for direct invasive ventilation. 3.Severe congenital malformation:such as congenital diaphragmatic hernia,esophagotracheal fistula. 4.Patients who were discharged automatically or whose observation indicators were unclear.
