60 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? =60 years old; (2) Patients diagnosed as stroke by CT or MRI examination using the 2019 Chinese diagnostic criteria for various types of cerebrovascular diseases; ? No obvious cognitive dysfunction; ? Brunnstrom scale staging of limb function at level IV or above; ? Muscle strength at level 3 or above; ? Can surf the Internet and use wechat, can accept phone and wechat follow-up; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? stay in bed for a long time; ? Patients with multiple organ failure; Mental ambiguity or abnormal thinking; Cardiogenic syncope; Unstable condition, acute attack and other serious diseases; ? Participate in other intervention studies; ? Patients or their families refuse to participate
