Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) between 4 and 11 years of age (2) Apnea hypopnea index (AHI) above 1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) children who refused to cooperate with treatment (2) craniofacial abnormalities, neuromuscular disease and comorbidities such as Down syndrome and Crouzon syndrome
