Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: (1) Patients with CKD (2) Aged between 18 and 75 years (3) Patients with basic understanding of the process of this study. 2: (1) Patients with T2DM(2) Aged between 18 and 75 years (3) Patients with basic understanding of the process of this study. 3: (1) Aged between 18 and 75 years (2) Patients with basic understanding of the process of this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: (1) Patients receiving regular dialysis treatment (including peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis, and hemofiltration) (2) Patients with stress status, such as acute complications of diabetes (3) Patients with acute infection (4) Patients with severe liver function injury, connective tissue disease, hematological malignancy, and tumor (5) Patients with mental illness (6) Patients who are participating in another clinical study. 2: (1) In a state of stress, such as patients with acute complications of diabetes (2) In an acute infection (3) Patients with severe liver injury, connective tissue disease, hematological malignancy and tumor (4) Patients with mental illness (5) Patients who are participating in another clinical study. 3: (1) Patients with coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and other chronic diseases; (2)Patients with acute infection or acute stress state;(3) Patients with severe liver function damage, malignant hematological diseases, and tumors; (4) Patients with autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, and connective tissue disease; (5) Patients who are participating in another clinical study.
