Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range from 18 to 65 years old (including boundary value), gender is not limited; 2) ASA Grade I ~ III; 3) Body mass index [BMI= weight (kg)/ height 2 (m2)] in the range of 18.0 ~ 31.0kg/m2 (including boundary values); 4) Emergency surgery; Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute appendicitis; 5) Know about this study and sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Current diagnosis of any of the ulcers or tumors of the digestive system, dysphoric disorders of the digestive system (e.g., gastroesophageal reflux, irritable bowel syndrome, hiatal hernia, active gastric or duodenal ulcer, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and autonomic nervous imbalance); 2). There are serious systemic diseases such as acute myocardial infarction, heart failure, cirrhosis, liver and kidney failure, respiratory failure, etc. 3) Taking any of the following medications before surgery: anticholinergic drugs, gastrointestinal animal stimulants, cathartic drugs, antidiarrheal drugs, and opioids; 4) Previous gastrointestinal surgery or vagotomy; 5) Pregnancy or lactation; 6) Unable to communicate or delirious; 7) Other unpredictable factors affecting gastric emptying. 8) Refuse to participate in this researcher.
