Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Retrospective multicenter cohort study (1) Chinese male or female who is at least 35 years old and has healed epiphysis. (2) They had at least one knee DR or MRI examination. 2.Prospective multicenter cohort study 2.1 Normal control group (1) There were no high-risk factors for knee osteoarthritis other than age, as shown in the following 2.2 pathogenic factors set inclusion criteria (1) - (4) . (2) The subjects who are willing to undergo knee X-ray and MRI without knee pain and KL=1. (3) The subjects can understand the nature, purpose and procedure of the study and are willing to follow the investigator's requirements to complete the entire study process. 2.2 Pathogenic factor group (1) Obese or overweight, previous history of trauma, history of surgery (meniscus, ligaments, etc.). (2) Family history, defined as a total knee replacement for OA in a biological parent or sibling. (3) their work needs to bend the knees repeatedly. (4) Over 40 years old. (5) The subjects who are willing to undergo knee X-ray and MRI without osteoarthritis. (6) The subjects can understand the nature, purpose and procedure of the study and are willing to follow the investigator's requirements to complete the entire study process. Any of the above (1) - (4) + (5), (6) meets the inclusion criteria. 2.3 Disease follow-up group (1) The subjects have at least one osteoarthritis, radiology knee osteoarthritis or symptomatic knee osteoarthritis, on the image of baseline. (2) The subjects who are willing to undergo knee X-ray and MRI. (3) The subjects can understand the nature, purpose and procedure of the study and are willing to follow the investigator's requirements to complete the entire study process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Retrospective multicenter cohort study (1) Bone abnormality or bone defect in imaging examination. (2) Old bone lesions caused by past trauma. (3) Congenital developmental malformation, disease or joint deformity. (4) Other joint diseases (including rheumatoid arthritis, gout, tuberculosis and other inflammatory arthritis). (5) The image quality unqualified. 2. Prospective multicenter cohort study (1) Other bone abnormalities (such as bone tumor, acute or chronic osteomyelitis, bone changes caused by recent trauma, etc.) in the baseline imaging examination. (2) Old bone lesions of knee existed in the baseline radiography. (3) Congenital developmental malformation, disease or joint deformity. (4) Other joint diseases (including rheumatoid arthritis, gout, tuberculosis and other inflammatory arthritis). (5) Pregnancy or pregnancy preparation. (6) Unable to persist in completing the whole study. (7) The contraindications of MRI examination.
