Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with preoperative use of a large amount of glucocorticoids, patients with preoperative adrenocortical dysfunction, patients with non first cardiac surgery, and patients with severe brain, liver and kidney dysfunction before operation.
