Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinically diagnosed chronic heart failure according to the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of chronic heart failure (2016 edition) and the diagnostic criteria established by China in 2014; 2. New York College of Cardiology (NYHA) Level III cardiac function patients; 3. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was 30%-50%; 4. Condition permit, normal speech, clear consciousness, no cognitive impairment, can correctly express their will.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with organic heart disease with significant hemodynamic disturbance and valvular regurgitation; 2. Patients with serious complications or complications, such as severe liver and kidney dysfunction, uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes, severe sequelae of stroke, mental disorders, malignant tumors, etc.; 3. Patients with significant cognitive decline.
