Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students of Ningxia Medical University; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. People who voluntarily join the study after fully understanding the project information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diagnosed severe sleep disorders, depression, severe sleep apnea syndrome and sleep-related disorders.
