Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis, knee osteoarthritis ; 2.Age = 40 years old, regardless of gender, female patients are not in pregnancy or lactation ; morning stiffness time = 30 min, pain visual analogue scale ( VAS ) score = 4 ; 4.Kellgren-Lawrence grade of knee joint X-ray plain film belongs to grade I ~ IV ; 5.Patients with no history of knee joint trauma, without heart, lung, spleen, kidney and other serious life-threatening diseases ; 6.No antibiotics or other drugs were used in the past three months, and no related treatment was received before, without serious complications.; 7.Voluntary participation in this study, and signed informed consent, can communicate normally.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with traumatic infection ; 2. Psychiatric diseases; 3. Contraindications to MRI such as atresia phobia, pacemakers, defibrillators, cardiac stents, intrauterine devices, have contraindications to MRI, such as phobias, pacemakers, etc.
