Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) 18= age =65 years old, gender is not limited 2) 40= body weight =80KG 3) Patients with thyroid cancer who planned to undergo total thyroidectomy (open or endoscopic surgery in the same operation group, with at least one central lymph node dissection, except bilateral lymph node dissection) 4) Baseline serum 25(OH)D=60ng/mL
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Hepatorenal insufficiency (defined as any of the following conditions: positive jaundice index, ALT > 75U/L, AST > 69 U/L, Cr > 92µmol/L, BUN > 7.1mmol/L) 2) Hypervitamin D, hyperphosphatemia with renal rickets (> 1.6mmol/L), hypocalcemia ( 2.75mmol/L), hypomagnesia (< 0.7mmol/L) before surgery 3) ASA grading =3 4) Daily vitamin D (=200IU/d) or calcium supplement (=600mg/d) 5) Have a medical condition that affects the absorption of vitamin D or calcium, such as celiac disease, small intestine dysfunction, etc 6) Preoperative use of drugs that affect calcium or vitamin D absorption, including antiepileptics, bisphosphonates, cisplatin, aminoglycosides, glucocorticoids, diuretics or proton pump inhibitors
