Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? With stable angina pectoris, the pre-test probability (PTP) is medium-low (15%=PTP=65%) and medium-high probability (65%< PTP=85%); ? Age =18 years old; ? Transcatheter coronary angiography should be performed after diagnosis and treatment by cardiovascular specialists; (4) Willing to undergo coronary CTA examination, CTP examination and invasive FFR measurement; ? Consent after full notice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Contraindications of coronary CTA and abnormal renal function exist; ? Adenosine use contraindicated, allergic to iodine; ? A history of myocardial infarction, known myocardial disease; 4) Other non-cardiovascular diseases and life expectancy < 2 years; (5) state of pregnancy; High risk unstable angina pectoris, uncontrolled arrhythmia; History of severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or chronic asthma; ? Bronchial diseases; ? Acute diseases of any cause: acute pulmonary embolism, acute myocarditis/pericarditis, acute aortic dissection, acute myocardial infarction, etc.; ? Hypertension and severe pulmonary hypertension; Failure to cooperate with respiratory training; ? No coffee/tea/chocolate for 12 hours
