18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who required elective surgery; 2. Clinically indicated arterial and vein cannulation; 3. Informed consent was obtained from all individual participants included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged less than 18 years; 2. Positive Allen’s test; 3. Infection near the radial artery puncture site;coagulation abnormalities; 4. Patients who had undergone arterial puncture in the past 30 days; 5. Patients with peripheral vascular disease, hemorrhagic shock, atherosclerosis, coagulation disorder or Raynaud's disease.
