Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Typical history of dizziness: recurrent, transient dizziness induced by positional changes related to gravity; positive positional test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? Contraindications for repositioning: severe cardiovascular diseases (such as severe hypertension, arrhythmia, heart failure, pericardial effusion, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.), inability to cooperate with repositioning due to physical reasons; ? Head trauma, tumor; ? Concurrent presence of other conditions causing dizziness, such as vestibular migraine, central positional vertigo, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, posterior circulation ischemia, vestibular paroxysmia, Ménière's disease, vestibular neuritis, labyrinthitis, superior canal dehiscence syndrome, poorly controlled hypertension, orthostatic hypotension, use of ototoxic drugs such as aminoglycosides, or ophthalmic diseases; ? History of severe depression, anxiety disorders, or other severe mental disorders, dementia patients, patients unable to cooperate with questionnaire assessment; ? Long-term medication dependence or alcohol abuse; ? Contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging: presence of metal foreign bodies or implants in the body, etc.
