Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Western medicine diagnosed as uremia stage of chronic renal failure, aged 18-60 years; 2. Regular dialysis for more than 3 months and stable condition; Dialysis is performed three times a week for 3.5 ~ 4 hours each time; Dialysis is performed by Fei Sen Yus 4008S dialyzer, with the dialysate flow rate of 500 ml/min and the dialysate blood flow rate of 260-280 ml/min; Dialyzer Fx80 (Fresenius Fx80) adopts online dialysis B dry powder (HND-TDB01); 3. Have normal reading and writing skills and communication skills; 4. Know the consent and participate voluntarily; 5. Skillful use of smart phones.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Eating outside the home >= 3 times per week; 2. Occurrence of acute or severe illness in the past month; 3. Recent bed rest or physical activity impairments.
