Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Critically ill patients with a nutritional risk score of NRS-2002 = 3 who are unable to receive oral nutrition; 2) Age 18-85 years old; 3) Meets the criteria for enteral nutrition initiation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with ineffective treatment and ultimate death; 2) Patients with injury or old gastrointestinal diseases who cannot tolerate enteral nutrition; 3) Patients with severe renal failure, myocardial infarction, and other severe systemic diseases
