Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: Patients with large area obvious bone destruction of mandible after radiological examination, who were diagnosed with mandibular cyst, ameloblastoma or other malignancies requiring mandibular segmental osteotomy. Temporomandibular joint reconstruction in patients with benign and malignant tumors displayed severe bone destruction after radiological examination, or TMJ ankylosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: poorly controlled diabetic patients, patients with serious cardiovascular and other cerebrovascular diseases or other systemic diseases who could not tolerate general anesthesia surgery, patients taking bisphosphonate and other inhibitors of bone metabolism, patients undergoing radiotherapy or chemotherapy recently, and pregnant patients.
